MEDIA OWNERSHIP by women and minorities!
MMTC is committed to facilitating and assisting women and minorities into media ownership
Media Companies and Owners of Media Assets:
Consider donation of your media and broadcast properties to MMTC for a non-profit tax write-off and MMTC will broker a sale or an LMA of the media property to qualified women and minorities helping them enter media ownership! MMTC will also broker the SALE of your property, the MMTC brokerage was founded in 1997 to promote minority media ownership; since then, we have represented a variety of buyers and sellers - minorities and non-minorities. MMTC Brokerage has participated in transactions valued at over $1.8 billion. MMTC is a member of the National Association of Media Brokers.
Enterprenurs and new entrant owners:
Consider your path to media ownership with MMTC! MMTC is committed to helping new entrants secure their first media property and to helping current enterprenures increase their media assets portfolio. Start by constructing a business plan, identifying properties and submitting your application for these MMTC opportunities. MMTC will work with buyers and consider applications for Local Marketing Agreements (LMAs) where participants agree to purchasing the properties within three to five years.
