The Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council (MMTC) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and preserving equal opportunity and civil rights in the mass media, telecommunications and broadband industries, and closing the digital divide. MMTC is generally recognized as the nation’s leading advocate for minority advancement in communications.
Dr. Fallon Wilson has joined MMTC as Vice President, Policy. Dr. Wilson will lead MMTC’s work on three focus areas in the tech, media, and telecommunications sectors.

MMTC’s Fundraising Campaign kicks off with a special appeal from MMTC Board member Nicolaine Lazarre.
The 18-member coalition filed a letter urging the FCC to take proactive steps to further broadband deployment in rural areas by clarifying and expediting the process through which providers engage with pole owners to upgrade and build out broadband for these areas.
